About Linda Henderson

Linda Henderson is the owner of Dallas’ favorite Fried Chicken restaurant. She is known as “The Queen of Fried Chicken.” The Dallas Observer has recognized her restaurants as the “Best Fried Chicken” in Dallas. She is motivated to turning Henderson Chicken into a household name across the United States and abroad.

One of her goals is to develop her business into a nationwide franchise so that minorities can have the opportunity to become franchise owners. She presently has over 15 locations and counting, making her dream into a reality.

The humble beginnings

Henderson Chicken has been a staple of the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex for more than 50 years and is a direct descendant of the legendary Henderson menu is simple: We have chicken parts. We fry them. We season them. We serve them with a smile. We are focused on providing great meals that are filling, affordable, and delicious. We believe in simple recipes combined with great extras like pickles and jalapeños. Our fried chicken in a variety of combinations, all of which listed on our menu.
